1 Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding contract between you ("User") and meggi88 ("Company", "we"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the meggi88 website, including account registration, betting activity, financial transactions, and communications with our support team.

By completing the account registration process or by using any part of the meggi88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with all the terms set out in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Guidelines which form part of this Agreement.

The Company reserves the right to update or amend these terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect once published on this website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register an account with meggi88, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the period of your use:

• Be 21 years of age or above on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Not be prohibited from using online gambling services under any law or regulation applicable to you.
• Register only one account per individual — multiple accounts for one person are prohibited.
• Provide accurate, current and complete personal information during registration.
• Be prepared to submit identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport when requested.

meggi88 reserves the right to reject any registration application without giving reasons. Inaccurate or misleading information provided during registration may result in account closure and forfeiture of the balance without compensation.

3 Account Management

You are fully responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You are advised to use a strong and unique password and not to disclose it to any other party.

All activity that occurs in your account, whether carried out by you or by a party using your credentials with or without your permission, is entirely your responsibility. meggi88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account, unless there is clear negligence on our part.

• Each account is personal and may not be transferred to or shared with another person.
• You must notify meggi88 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.
• meggi88 reserves the right to suspend or close an account for investigation purposes if there is suspicious activity.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period set by our policy may be subject to maintenance charges or automatic closure.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact our customer support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed subject to the settlement of all active bets and applicable withdrawal requirements.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at meggi88 are subject to the following policy. We support a wide range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal: RM50 per transaction for all payment methods.
• Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is confirmed.
• The withdrawal method must match the original deposit method for anti-money laundering control purposes.
• meggi88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.
• All transactions are recorded in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) except for cryptocurrency payments which use the current exchange rate.

meggi88 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers. It is your responsibility to understand the terms of the payment service you use.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

meggi88 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the specific rules set for each promotion.

The meggi88 welcome bonus is 200% on the first deposit up to RM1,500. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received. For example: if you deposit RM100, you receive a bonus of RM200 bringing your balance to RM300; you need to wager RM200 × 10 = RM2,000 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Each user is eligible for the welcome bonus one time only.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash — only winnings generated from bonus wagering that meets the requirements can be withdrawn once the wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Wagers that do not comply with the eligible game rules will not count towards meeting the wagering requirements.
• meggi88 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is any abuse or misuse of promotions.
• Our VIP programme offers weekly cashback at three tiers: Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver up to 0.5%, and Gold up to 0.8%. Tier advancement is based on your betting activity over time.

6 Betting Conduct

meggi88 promotes a responsible and fair betting environment for all users. The use of automation software, betting bots or any other method intended to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

Users are responsible for ensuring that every bet placed is based on their own independent decision. meggi88 does not guarantee any game outcome and all bets that have been accepted and confirmed are final.

• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, service disruptions or system errors to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Bets placed during a technical disruption or software error may be voided by meggi88 at its discretion.
• Users suspected of involvement in syndicates or collusion to defraud are subject to disciplinary action including account closure.
• All game results issued by third-party software providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and Spribe) are final and cannot be disputed based on individual perception.

If you believe a technical issue has affected your game unfairly, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of the incident. Complaints submitted more than 24 hours after the incident may not be considered.

7 Account Restrictions and Closure

meggi88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Detection of fraudulent activity or attempted fraud against the platform or other users.
• The user fails to submit the requested identity verification documents within the set timeframe.
• There is reason to believe the account is being used for money laundering or criminal activity.
• Multiple account ownership by the same user.
• Abuse of promotions or bonuses including using multiple identities to claim the same bonus.
• Use of unauthorised software or methods to manipulate games or the platform system.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, the account balance may be fully forfeited. meggi88 is not responsible for any losses suffered by users as a result of account closure due to a breach of these terms.

8 Limitation of Liability

The meggi88 service is provided on an "as is" basis. The company makes no express or implied warranties regarding the smooth operation of the platform, the accuracy of information displayed, or the continuous availability of our services.

meggi88 will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Service interruptions, server failures or technical issues beyond our control.
• Betting or game outcomes that are not in the user's favour.
• Financial losses incurred through the use of the meggi88 platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in protecting your login credentials.
• Software damage, viruses or disruptions unrelated to the meggi88 service.

meggi88's total liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim. The company is not liable for losses arising from missed opportunities or anticipated profits.

9 Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

meggi88 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Notices regarding material changes to these terms will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the meggi88 platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws under the international licensing jurisdiction in which meggi88 operates. Any disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings are initiated.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remainder of this agreement will continue in full force and effect.
